SERVICE 01 · FLAGSHIP

AI Readiness Assessment

2 weeks · Fixed scope · Fixed fee

Get a clear view of your team’s current skills, the workflows worth reviewing, and the decisions to make next. The assessment was first developed with an independent school in British Columbia and can be adapted to your organization.

You receive

  • A snapshot of AI skills across your team

  • A review of workflows that may benefit from change

  • A shortlist of tools that fit your systems and requirements

  • A 90-day roadmap with clear next steps

  • A leadership read-out

  • An optional starting point for an acceptable-use or governance policy

This may be a good fit if

  • You want to use AI but need help choosing where to start.
  • You are comparing tools and want an independent assessment.
  • Your leadership or board needs a practical plan.

WHAT IT COSTS

Fixed fees. No open-ended retainers.

The 2-week AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed fee, quoted within two business days of intake. I’ll confirm the scope and price before work begins.

Implementation projects are scoped by workflow and quoted as fixed-fee engagements, not an open-ended retainer. Advisory support is capped and includes a written path to end the engagement. You know what it costs before we start, and you know when the engagement ends.

The right scope depends on your organization and what you need. A short call is a good way to decide whether the work is a fit before I prepare a proposal.

SERVICE 02 · TRAINING

AI training for your team

Sized to your team

Help your people use the AI tools your organization already has, on Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude. Training uses tasks from their roles, with hands-on practice and guidance for checking results and protecting information.

Choose a single session, a half-day or full-day workshop, or a multi-session program. In a full program, each participant works toward a documented workflow they can use in their job.

SERVICE 03 · IMPLEMENTATION

Workflow redesign & tool integration

4–12 weeks · Scoped per workflow

Choose a repetitive task that takes too much time. We’ll map how it works today, redesign it with your team, and build a practical solution within your existing systems where possible.

Projects may include

  • Drafting and document review workflows
  • No-code automation between tools you already use
  • Internal assistants for policies, onboarding, or technical reference
  • Simplifying a process by removing unnecessary steps
  • Documentation and training for the people who will maintain the work

Each project has agreed milestones, owners, and progress updates. A member of your team works alongside me and learns how to maintain the result. If there is no suitable internal owner yet, we’ll identify one before starting.

SERVICE 04 · ADVISORY

Fractional AI enablement advisory

Capped quarterly engagement

Get experienced support for AI decisions without hiring a full-time leader. I work with executives and internal teams to assess proposals, set priorities, and connect technical choices to operational needs.

This may include

  • Regular leadership working sessions
  • Independent review of vendor proposals
  • Coaching for internal AI leads
  • A quarterly update for your leadership team or board
  • Advice between scheduled sessions, within the agreed scope

SERVICE 05 · DELIVERY

AI Program Management

3–12 months · Phased, fixed-fee scope

If your organization has an AI plan but needs someone to coordinate delivery, I can manage the work from planning through handover.

The scope may include

  • A program plan with phases, milestones, and dependencies
  • Progress updates suited to your governance process
  • A current risk register
  • Coordination with vendors, internal IT, security, and business teams
  • Documented change decisions and impact reviews
  • Handover materials for the people who will continue the work

This service draws on my project and program delivery experience in telecom infrastructure, procurement, and enterprise operations.

This may be a good fit if

  • You have an AI plan (yours, or from another consultancy) and need someone to coordinate delivery
  • Your internal project bandwidth is already full of other priorities
  • The program touches multiple business units or sites and needs sequencing across them
  • Procurement, audit, or board governance calls for formal program discipline

Support for different sectors

The same five services look different depending on who you are. Here is how I approach each context.

Operations, finance, customer-facing teams

Focus on work that takes time every week: drafting, document review, intake, reporting, and repeat decisions.

FOR SCHOOLS & FACULTIES

Practical AI literacy without panic

Build practical skills for educators and administrators. Review administrative workflows and develop acceptable-use guidance suited to your school’s needs.

FOR PUBLIC SECTOR

Adoption that survives procurement

Plan pilots and training around procurement, privacy, audit, records, and governance requirements.

FOR NORTHERN & INDIGENOUS ORGANIZATIONS

Your people’s capacity first

Plan around local governance, available capacity, infrastructure, and data control. Build skills within the organization before adopting new tools.

FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Faster, sharper reads on the documents that move money

Review document-heavy processes with accuracy and traceability in mind. Any tool-supported analysis should keep appropriate human review in place.
